Country Dancing In Kalamazoo

Sunday, January 5 - Just for Fun  2 - 5pm  It's a workshop and a party! New dancers are welcomed. Learn style and skill in a relaxed atmosphere. Bring dances to call and dance to, figures to work on... Contra, English, swing, squares - all are up for the bidding.

 

Saturday, January 11 - Contra and Squares    Free skills workshop at 7pm
Dancing 7:30-10:30pm

Tunes by Liberty String Band and calls from Laurie Pietravalle. 

Wednesday, January 15 - English Country Dance - Skills workshop 7:00 PM. 

Dancing  7:30 to 9:30pm

Wonderful English dances from Elizabethan to Jane Austen to Modern - Recorded Music and our own CDK English Callers.

Saturday, January 25 - Contra and Squares   OPEN MIC NIGHT  Tunes by Hey Okra!

Free skills workshop at 7pm          Dancing 7:30-10:30pm

Wear comfortable clothing and smooth dance soles  - and please bring water to drink.

Bringing a snack to share at break is always welcomed!

All dances are held at the Oshtemo Grange, 3234 North 3rd Street (corner of 3rd St and H Ave.) Kalamazoo, MI. Park in the Grange lot, or the church across the street.
